Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please photograph the package in the state it arrived as well as the products in and out of the packaging. Please clearly showcase any damage in your photos. If you have ordered an item that is constructed of or features glass, porcelain, or crystal, please allow the package to come to room temperature before opening or handling.

If an item has arrived damaged, we will submit a claim with the shipping service.
